adward term and condtions

Hello,,, i own this website [The Administrator removed this message due to posting of website URL which lead to the users direct contact details. This breaches our Terms and Conditions.] and i tried to open Adwords account and i added a payment thru my USA debt card, but after 2 days i checked my account and found that my payment has been approved and my account is limited because Google cant verify my billing address... anyway i contacted google about this and they told me that i didn\'t follow their terms in creating the website, so i need someone who can check the website and help me to follow all the roles of Google adwords so they will approve my ads and accept it. i will pay for this help
