build links for movie site.

I need you to get my site to the first result for a certain keyword. I will pay up to $4 for a pr 3+ link, or I can pay you $2500 (on a monthly basis if you can show me my site climbing in Google for ranking). You are to do just external SEO, on page seo is top notch and done by me. You can give a suggestion to me if you think it can help. This I think should take 3 months...and I can pay in any way you like XOOM, WU, Paypal, Cheque, Cash, whatever you like. The rule for pr3 and above links is: - no same c class - no rel follow or [login to view URL] blocked links - no ffa, directory, top sites, free sites, free blogs - no clocked - not with over 50 other external outgoing Links basically that are shady or not useful, i need proper links. I will only pick someone that has a history of building links or has a high rep, as this is a serious project.
