We are looking for an experienced Adsense website creator, to create 4 Adsense websites, that can generate at least $30 per day. You will be required to : - come up with the niche idea/recommendation - Google Adsense Optimized website. - Create an Adsense site that must generate $20+ USD per day. - WordPress based only type of website. ( and customize it) - writing SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. - Niche Keyword research, Domain name search ( domain name will be bought by me, and I will install wordpress on my hosting and send you the admin details) I will need with every bid: - timeline - niche idea - confirm that you will provide original content for the site - no black hat SEO or spamming - traffic needs to come from social media( I must approve the site before you do this) and Google organic search ( NO BOUGHT TRAFFIC) My Conditions: - full payment will be made ONLY WHEN the site is live and has made at least 20$ per day for 7 consistent days - no partial payments - provide an ongoing plan for me to follow after the project is complete to ensure consistency in adsense income - provide SEO guidelance to insure traffic is consistent or increasing. - If the project goes well ( i might consider hiring you for ongoing maintenance and content writing) - need some examples of sites you developed before for adsence and are working (proof of income) - you must follow Adsense Terms of service with NO EXCEPTION. - TRAFFIC AND CLICKS MUST BE WHITE-HAT ONLY!** NO TRAFFIC FROM ADVERTISING /PPC/ADWORDS/ *** ALL TRAFFIC HAS TO BE FROM ORGANIC SEARCH *** - if you build 4 sites, and only 2 are making the minimum money requirement, you will be paid for the 2 sites only - you can build the 4 sites at the same time, or choose to build one at a time.
