Decrypt a SQLite Database

The database has several blob_text fields that are encrypted. What should be plain text is encrypted or possibly even compressed. A sample of the encrypted data is in the attached RTF file. I would like to be able to decrypt other databases of the same structure and format. So if you could write a small script or utility to decrypt other databases of the same format. Or if that's not quick and easy, tell me what the decrypt password was and what program you decrypted with.
