CAST-128/CAST-5 implementation in C#

I am looking for a C# implementation of CAST-128/CAST-5 algorithm using ECB Cipher mode with no padding to the Key. I have an application that needs to decrypt the data that is encrypted by DynCrypto([login to view URL]) DLL. This DLL is supposedly encrypting data using CAST-128/ECB. I can't use .NET interop of this DLL to decrypt it. I found couple of implementations ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) of CAST-128 online. But none of them seem to produce the results I need. The end result of this implementation is: I should be able to take any Text that is decrypted by DynCrypto ActiveX DLL and decrypt using the new solution.
