daily sales report and monthly income

I need an excel template or simple software that will help me to monitor the income and expenses of my small shop. what i need is to monitor ( 1. sales, 2. expenses, [login to view URL] flow) and i can easily get stats charts for weekly and monthly sales for the total and for each product. and it should be saved for history so i can retrive the data also i need to be able to add more expenses ro income data and its fine for me to copy paste the formula if u r gonna use excel Thank you Naif
