Automation of Purchaser's List from Capture to Autoresponder.

I have purchasers from some sources (e.g. Groupon purchases) and when the order comes in, in an excel worksheet, I trim it down to CSV file and then import them into the autoresponder which will then send them a confirmation email and then they are into the system. I want to get these entries detected and the fields aligned and then the new entries/modified entries get imported. The mode of data entry is flexible but the end part of getting into the autoresponder is fixed - must be imported to GetResponse. Is there anybody who can handle this?
