This is a content management project plus... What we need is a page that allows us to list cities and corresponding hospitals with links that can be turned on and off. (See [login to view URL] file) The link would go to a sub domain we will set up ourselves for each individual hospital. On this index page, we need to feature that hospital and the community it is in so area would be needed for client submitted graphics and text. We also need to be able to list their job openings with an inbox type of reply for the nurse that allows us to track replies to their ads and the ability to use the hospital individual job posting identifier numbers. We need to be able to update these job listings either individually or in batch mode by either us or the hospital's HR personnel (some kind of Content Management system) We want the applicant reply to be funneled to our resume database as well as being sent via an inbox to the hospital they are applying to and to opt out of our newsletter subscription. The applicant form must accept Degree, Years of experience, License and certifications, Availability date, Shift desired, Wage desired, Relocation requirements and Professional experience The form must collect non-identifying information first so that it can be displayed to non-paying clients but also require: Three modes of contact, phone, email and snail mail address. The sub domain page must be able to accommodate our home page data as well as graphics of hospital that the page refers to. In addition, this page must be able to present an interactive map of the US that allows the applicant to continue to browse on our site. These two pages, the state page, the sub domain index page must be able to act as templates. We are open to a redesign but want the page to fit with the home page We want the map to be fancy that pulls the applicant to want to use it.
