This project will involve creating a community portal website similar to [login to view URL] The site will be set up on a proprietary Wordpress blog. I will set up the site and install the theme and plug-ins. I am looking for someone who can customize the WordPress theme, and create all the elements needed for a community portal.
The person or organization I am looking for MUST be familiar with the WordPress architecture and know how to customize ANY aspect of a WordPress blog. You MUST also be able to communicate effectively in English.
I have attached a document describing all the elements to be included on the site.
When bidding on this project, please provide a TOTAL bid amount and an estimated time of completion, not including revisions, additions, etc.
