Autoresponder with delay on VPS

Hello, I am looking for someone who is very tech savvy and has experience setting up autoresponders on a VPS I have many emails coming in to me daily from offers I post on the internet. I need a robust autoresponder installed on a VPS for me that can do the following: 1) I have read allot in the forums about problems with outgoing mail load management (SMTP) sending and the need to spread this around onto many different SMTP accounts? I NEED A SETUP THAT CAN DO THIS AUTOMATICALLY OR BE CONFIGURED TO DO THIS AND I NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHICH SMTP ACCOUNT OR ACCOUNTS WILL IT ACTUALLY USE TO SEND THE MAILS? 2) In addition, I do not want to replies to be sent out automatically but rather on a time delay so the responses ARE NOT INSTANT SO I NEED THE AUTORESPONDER TO BE SET UP WITH AN AUTOMATIC TIME DELAY OF LIKE 1 HOUR AND 24 MINUTES OR ANY DELAY FROM 10 MIN UP TO 24 HOURS IDEALLY 3) Also, with all of the problems with spam...I NEED TO ENSURE THAT THE REPLY MAIL THAT IS SENT OUT WILL LAND IN THE RECIPIENTS INBOXES?....SO I DONT KNOW IF THE IPS USED CAN BE WHITELISTED WITH THE MAJOR MAIL PROVIDERS IN ADVANCE OR HOW THIS WILL BEST BE ACHIEVED. 4) Lastly, I have 3 different campaigns I am working on...i NEED AN AUTORESPONDER SET UP TO SEND DIFFERENT MESSAGES TO DIFFERENT CAMPAIGN BASED INCOMING EMAILS SO I CAN SEND 3 TOTALLY DIFFERENT REPLIES OUT AT THE SAME TIME DEPENDING ON WHICH AD WAS ANSWERED? I also have many replies which I would like to learn how to import into the setup and send a reply to until we set up the forwarding I will pay a fair price to set all of this up so all I have to do is the marketing and this setup will do the rest automatically for me.....I just want to be able to check and access it and understand how to maintain it. PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE COST AND EXACTLY WHAT TO DO IN ORDER TO GET THIS UP AND RUNNING ASAP! Thanks!
