Booking form for Parvez

A project for Parvez booking form as discussed Specifications for ecommerce/booking forms/shopping cart? Attached is a form of the destination schools and prices for the schools. The Ecommerce payments/booking form needs to be able to: 1. Indicate what destination (school), start date, arrival date, finish date 2. What courses, accommodation, other prices etc 3. Sum these above ? for a total. 4. 20% of total needs to be paid via e commerce as the deposit ? booking is confirmed when this deposit is paid 5. Email the details/confirmation/reference name-number to a: client b: our office c: the destination school 6. Add the booking details to a simple data base 7. ???? what else do you think from you experience we need? What is the best system. A shopping cart or do you recommend a different one?
