Customer Service Simulation Game

We need someone with an understand of customer service for business that can create a game to help employees become better engaged with customers. We will leave the creativity portion up to you, but the game should fit across all industries where employees deal directly with customers on the companies behalf. The game should be both fun and challenging while making sure the employee is actually learning better customer service skills. The game does not have to be graphic heavy, but should be eye-catching and easy to use. This part of the project request can be for someone with an idea or concept that can help design it or that can come up with the idea, concept and actually build it. The game should be web based, but should also be able to later be converted to iOS or Android as well. We look forward to hearing your ideas and expertise in what you can come up with. However, if you are just willing to submit the idea and not actually build it, then your idea must be reasonable and an actually technically possible. For example, saying that there should be a game where the employee talks to the game and the game responds back appropriately IS NOT technically or financially feasible to us. But a game where an employee works their way through levels of points and clicks while animation or audio files are used would be more realistic. Work history and sampling of your work in the simulations or gaming area will be taken into consideration.
