Cryptsy.com arbitrage trading bot

I'm interested in that project. I'm experienced(15+) perl web developer and linux administrator. I can make a perl program to run under linux system. I need more information about strategies to be implemented that will be base to make decisions which actions should be taken and when. We can also start from smaller project, which is better defined, eg. script for fetching data from cryptsy and presenting it locally. And in another project extend it's features to be able to make some decisions and perform actions.
