Automatic reboot and screenshot program

This program need to run on Windows XP (SP1, 2, 3), Vista, 7 (all versions), 10. It should be compiled in a way in which it can run on a computer without any frameworks or dependencies pre-installed. It should be able to be run as a service or tray application. It should provide NO popups or error messages ever. You should be able to see its status by double clicking on its tray icon. When you double click on the tray icon there should be a settings screen where you define the Server URL and the check frequency (the number of seconds in which it should check the server for updates). The URL will look something like this: [login to view URL] There should be a second URL for Reset URL, and this will look something like: [login to view URL] There should also be 24 fields for automatic reset times with a checkbox to enable or disable the time, and the ability to set the hour and minute of the reset. When this time is reach, the computer will force a restart just as if it received the command from the server. There should also be a screenshot interval and a screenshot URL field. The system will call the screenshot URL on the screenshot interval to upload a new screenshot. And you should post a screenshot as a JPG email to the field “screenshot”. This should be a current complete screenshot of the computer. And the response you will get is: <ossi> <reboot>0</reboot> </ossi> OR <ossi> <reboot>1</reboot> </ossi> If <reboot> is 1, then you will call the Reset URL which will give you a response like this: <ossi> <reset>1</reset> </ossi> Once you receive this response, then you need to do a hard force reset of the computer. Force all of the programs to quit and actively reset. It needs to make sure the computer actually resets and doesn’t get hung up on the reset.
