I need a CAPI (isdn) (see [login to view URL] for protocol details) to SIP converter. Software will run as service on Debian and Windows. No need for a fancy GUI, but will all needed settings to reside in a conf file. Intended to operate as a Gateway between existing CAPI based apps and SIP carriers. I believe extended knowledge of VOIP is NOT needed but a certain ability with protocols is mandatory.
