Simple website where a user can upload a photo then place a semi-transparent color overlay over the entire picture then download the resulting image. At present the overlay color will be predetermined and can be transparency stored as a .png or .gif. There should be an option for the Administrator to change or add other overlay colors or images. The purpose of the site is to allow a color overlay of profile photos. The end output should be resized to 180 x 180 px at output. Users should be prevented from uploading pictures smaller than 160 x 160 px. Quotes should be for any or all of the following: A basic version of a single color overlaying a single photo. A basic version allowing selection of a color overlay or stock photos placed on the site by the Admin. A more advanced version with direct download of a Facebook profile photo, followed by automatic overlay addition and upload of the modified profile photo to Facebook.
