Create a software with 4-5 pages - parameters and information. Read and Send the parameters from another device via RS232 (COM) 1st page - Status page - shows about 20 parameters + table 2nd page - Settings - about 30-40 parameters - read the info from the device, send to the device and read/save on disk 3rd page - about 30 parameters and 6-7 buttons. Page 4 - few buttons sending commands by serial port. Attache photo of similar software. The software to be compiled to portable file that can run on any computer without installing. May will need additional work to test the software with the hardware - will send a test unit by mail - to connect to the PC for test purposes.

I have performed this task multiple times. My ECG device used RS232 to communicate, before migrating to USB and BT. (I actually wrote a ring0 driver when Windows could not keep up with high baud) Each time ahead of schedule and more effective than the customer expected.
