CHINESE SPEAKING SALES REPRESENTATIVE / CUSTOMER SERVISE AGENT

Our company seeking Chinese speaking Sales Representative / Customer Service agent to contact potential clients, to introduce our company and provide a support by answering into clients questions and requests. It is long term project and we would like a person who could stay with us for longer term. The company supplies row material, that China by itself doesn’t have. Also we produce of it the ready products which in the past years China imports a lot. Job responsibilities: - To make calls to potential clients - To introduce well company during the phone calls - To research the needs of potential clients - To fill received data about contacts - To reply on client’s request, send/translate offers. - To set a weekly work plan and send the report Candidates requirements - Pleasant phone voice/good customer service skills. - Must be a very positive person. - Fluent Chinese/English. - Good computer and keyboarding skills. - To have good internet access. - To be self-organized, to work on the projects independently. - To be available and committed to work every day – excluding holidays and weekends. - To be committed to stick for a longer term.
