I have developed and taught college-level distance learning/e-learning Sociology courses for the past 8 years. These sociology courses cover the basics of Equality and Diversity. Prior to that, in my capacity as executive director of a nonprofit racial justice organization, I developed and implemented training courses on diversity and racial justice. I have an M.A. in Intercultural Relations. Multicultural adult learning and development was an integral part of that program. I also have a Ph.D. in Urban Studies, which emphasizes equity and inclusion in public policy and programming.
