Convert Windows CE to Android(repost)

REPOST!! - SOME SOURCE CODE ALREADY EXISTS THAT PERFORMS A LOT OF THE REQUIRED FUNCTIONALITY. SEE ATTACHED APK AND PDF BEFORE BIDDING! WORKING DEMO (windows emulator) AND GRAPHICS AVAILABLE TO WINNING BIDDER I have an fairly basic computer game written in C (Visual Studio) that I want converted to Android. All the graphics & SFX etc are there and the screen designs are 320*200. Winning developer may want to either re-write the existing code (113k) or start again from scratch. I have the installable game available if someone has a Windows CE emulator they can install it on to- its very simple, no scrolling single screen game with 100 levels. I would need to see some sort of previous experience or proof that you know what you're doing. I'm happy to hire a noob, but your fees should be accordingly lower.
