Associate Translators

We are engaged in the business of translation and require legitimate high quality associate translators for bigger projects in the following categories. 1. Patents 2. Electronic Products 3. Engineering / Technical Documents 4. Pharmacology / Medical 5. General We need to know following details ONLY in an Excel sheet. Each item should be in different columns as indicated below. Follow these guidelines otherwise you will miss out our database. (Please note that any other information shall be treated as violation & we will report it to GAF). We are strict on these terms, as we don’t have time to go thru all bla-bla. Again, I REPEAT, it will be reported to GAF as violation. This is only to save time for both of us. Use attached file for filling. 1. Name of Language (from) (Cell B2 – e.g. French, Spanish etc.). 2. Name of Language (translation to) (Cell C2 – e.g. French, Spanish etc., Use more rows in the same Excel file for multiple language pairs, but all records should be available for each pair). 3. User ID on any freelance portals. (Cell D2 – e.g. trans2arc). 4. Portal Name. (On which you are available with above user id.) (Cell E2 – e.g. [login to view URL]). 5. Your Full Name (As appearing in your certificate). (Cell F2 – e.g. Roger Mark). 6. Name of the Degree / Diploma in Translation. (Cell G2 – e.g. Advance diploma in translation, if you don’t have one in translation, then put “NO” in this cell). 7. University Name. (From where you obtained item 5). (Cell H2 – e.g. University of London, put “NA” if not applicable) 8. Attach a copy of your degree / diploma. (Don’t worry even if it is in your specialized language attach it as it is) (As email attachment only). 9. Attach a copy of your certificate of experience (Any proof). (Cell I2 – e.g. “Attached” if you are sending by email, OR put “NA” if you don’t have). 10. Years of Experience in Translation. (Cell J2 – e.g. 11 for 11 years no prefix or suffix, only number). 11. Your Specialization. (Anyone out of 5 choices given in drop down box). (Cell K2 – e.g. Patents, if you can cater more categories for same language pair, use more rows). 12. TAT (for 100K words) (Cell L2 – e.g. 30, for 30 days) 13. Your Rate / 1000 words. (Pl quote in USD only, no other foreign currency) (Cell M2 – e.g. 400, for $400). - Hope, all the things are clear. - If anything is missed out, send PM for clarification. - Remember, this is an opportunity for long term associates and hence QUALITY is important, as this is the tag line for our business. - You need to enter into a project agreement for every assignment. - Once we complete our database, selected candidates will be notified thru’ communication ID provided in the file.
