Book translation: Urdu to English

I would like to translate a book from Urdu to English. The book is the biography of an Indian scholar and is about 630 pages. The book is about 100 years old, so there is no copyright. An important note about the language used in the book: It is Urdu but the book was written about 100 years ago, and was written in India by a classically trained Scholar. The language of the upper class at the time was Persian, so you must expect that there will be words of Farsi, as well as Arabic, and Hindi in the book. You must be able to understand and translate this, even if you need to use a dictionary or ask an elder who understands. I am attaching a sample page from the book. From that, you can see how many words there are per page, and how difficult the language is. The book is made up of about 630 pages, but most do not have sidenotes like the one in the sample picture. The target readers are the general public. The translation has to be easy to understand with only a small amount of specialist terminology if possible. Regarding formatting -- it is not necessary to make the translation available in Microsoft Word, you can just use Notepad if you like. I don't want you to use any pirated software in this project. You must have your own software. I intend to do all the formatting and presentation myself, so even if you submit the translation on pages written by hand then that should be fine too. You don't even have to use a computer if you don't want to.
