Few months ago I’ve posted similar project, but due to fact there's huge delay in launch, most of the bidders don't reply anymore to my messages and I was forced to create it once again.
I was hired by international company, which is going to launch huge website with tutorials and different materials from all over the world, to find native speakers for various tasks. On this website users will find articles, videos, tutorials, “life hacks” and much more content related to different aspects of our life. We’ll need cost effective translators for translating articles and subtitles for videos, transcribers for preparing subtitles and voice over specialists for creating videos.
For this project I’m looking for Bulgarian native speakers, preferably from Bulgaria, but we're opened to freelancers from other countries as well. We’re interested in translators, transcribers and voice talents. Please start your bid with information of your native language, nationality and country of residence, and then list services you can provide according to the scheme below:
TRANSLATION: all your language pairs that you can translate, how many words per hour and per day can You translate, rate per word.
TRANSCRIPTION: how much time do you need to transcribe an hour of a video, how many hours per day can You transcribe, rate per 1 hour recording.
VOICE OVER: how much time do you need to record an hour of an audio recording, how many hours per day can record and rate per 1 hour recording.
We’re looking for mix of lowest prices and good quality, so we’re open to new freelancers, even those without reviews. But please remember to bid accordingly to your experience. I’ve received many expensive offers from absolute beginners. Another thing is that if I’ll receive proposals from translators with similar skills for particular language, I’ll obviously choose the one with lowest rates per word.

I am Bulgarian and currently live in Bulgaria.
TRANSLATION: English - Bulgarian, Bulgarian - English, 120 words per hour and 240 per day , 0.01$ per word.
TRANSCRIPTION: Depends on the video of course but approximately 3 hours, 3 hours per day , 20$ per 1 hour recording.
VOICE OVER: Again depends on the text (do I have to read it only or I have to write and read it after, the theme and etc.) but lets say around hour and a half, 3 hours per day can record and 15$ per 1 hour recording.
Hi, I'm native Bulgarian speaker, Bulgarian and I'd like to apply for transcriber job. I have experience as Bulgarian transcriber for Appen project and subtitle preparing for local television movies ( I use Subtitle Edit software).
My rate per 1 hour recording is $40.
I work as freelancer in my free time: 2-3 hours a day, and about 12 hours at weekends. So I'll need a few days (or one weekend) for 1 hour video.

I am interested in the translation job although I could probably also do the transcription one as well (depends on the quality of the audio English). However, I prefer the one where I am confident I will do an excellent job.

TRANSLATION per hour: my speed depends on the recording quality and whether the words are dialect. Generally from 50 to 100 words per hour, from 400 to 1000 words a day. TRANSCRIPTION: 1 hour video usually need about 1.5 hours for transcription. The day I can do about 4-5 hours of video.
VOICE OVER: the same as for Transcription. The speed depends on the type of work. Usually about 1 hour my price is 4-5 $ and I can work 6-8 hours a day to process approximately 4 to 6 hours of video or audio files.
I'm sure I can be very useful in the work. Looking long-term commitments and I am reluctant to comment pay, because I know that you must first be sure in my performance.

TRANSCRIPTION: an hour of video (depending how clear it is) would take about 3-4 hours to transcribe, between 2-4 hours a day, about $30 per hour of recording
VOICE OVER: about 2 hours to record an hour of audio recording, can record about two hours of audio, $30 per hour
I have done multiple recordings in a professional studio (English language test instructions and news items for the test) so I am familiar with the whole procedure and my voice was approved by the sound engineer in the studio.
