DNN Module for UI Pattern Design

I want to create a DNN module that creates an interface to both build a UI Pattern and also an interface that displays the interface once it is complete. The front face of the interface should look something like this: [login to view URL] The color section needs to look more like-- a block color swatch with the hex symbol underneath it for the person to select.
