We require 24 videos to be converted from B&W to colour. Each are around 2.5 minutes in lengths. They are all from the same TV show, here is a sample... [login to view URL] We require the footage to be upscaled as much as possible to increase quality, coloured and finally we will require 2 finished videos: one which is the full original video in colour, the second is to be the people rotoscoped from the background. Please provide a quote for all 24 videos.

It can be done in After Effects easily frame per frame with masks. Also about footage is very low quality and pixelation, i bet i can try "upscale" it a little in resolution.
