I need somebody to be able to find the best x264 settings for tv shows. I am going to attach the detailed info about the file that you need to find best settings for. So I want the file to end up being <100mb in .mp4 format and with the highest quality possible (so that means I want minimal quality loss). I know this is possible because I currently am able to turn a 200-300mb Anime Episode (24min) into 60mb while maintaining the quality. (if u want the CLI for that, please ask me).
