Create a Video

I need a series of videos created from short educational chapters on basement and foundation science. I will provide the written materials to be read. Tasks would include reading and recording scripts. If i can find someone who will read and record who also has animation skills that would be a big plus, but B-roll and stock images may work as well. This will be an ongoing series of video tasks, I am going to start with a set of 3 videos and see how it goes. The videos will be between :30sec -3 minutes in length.
