Automatic File Uploader in HTML

We have a basic html file which includes a tag. The form is used to upload a file to the server and the code is below: add image We need a code in VB.NET that would automatically select a file from user's hard drive and submit the html form. We can insert the path of the file in the "value" property of the 'file input" but this is ignored by browsers due to a security risk. Any method/work around/suggestion is welcomed. This is a rush project and would need to be done in less than a day. The coding should be simple if someone knows how to do this and should not take more than a few minutes. We know that this can be done as our competitors have somehow developed this. Please only bid if: 1- You know exactly how to do this. 2- Can provide a finished project in less than a day Remember we just need the code and we will implement it into our software ourself, so there will be no fancy program needed.
