Contact Management Software VB.Net

I need a simple Contact Management Software completed ASAP in VB.Net 2008 with an Access 2007 database. Coder will create the software and the database. The following are the requirements. Ability to search add and edit contact information to include: 1) Contact Data fields: Contact info Business Name Contact name Telephone numbers Cell/Mobile Number Address City, Country Links to company website Email(s) 2) Contact history, which tracks by date, time, subject Telephone calls Meetings Emails When you open a client it shows a list of telephone calls a list or Meetings and a list of Emails. Also have the ability to add edit a telephone call, Meeting or Email 3) Searchable database by Name. Where the user selected Emails and the emails would list just like the Inbox and the user could double click on it to open and edit. List would show Subject and date similar to the Inbox.
