Hi, This job requires a contract and NDA. It will protect both of us. I am looking to see who can do it then provide more details. Will be NDA and I need to see your references etc., and completed NDA type application jobs. Job is: This is a new utility that allows editing of multiple content areas (text, image upload, resize, not image edit). It has a graphic display, and some control of arrangement. There is more, to be revealed once NDA signed. It will run as a standard desktop application. Later will add online version so this is v1. There will also be a website to support it, some work there, again later on. Thanks
