Adding to 2007 Ribbon

I hsve a series of styling toolbars that have been created in Word 2003 and attached to templates. These toolbars have tools macros and styles attached to buttons which are available for users. I want to be able to transfer these toolbars to a new tab (My Styles)on the ribbon in Word 2007 and have the toolbars available to users. I want to know what package will be used to do this, approximate cost,time to complete, and a sample of the programmers work they have completed.
