A VB function displays a container with a map and layers of place markers Support popup menu and "OK" and "Cancel" buttons.
The function displays the map with the place markers and allows two methods of selection of the points. Point mode which simply allows the to click on the place markers until the "OK" button is clicked. An array of the point IDs from the points selected are passed back from the function. When a place marker is clicked it is outlined in white.
In polygon mode, the user clicks locations and the function draws dotted, yellow, lines from location to location until lines intersect. The function converts the dotted lines to solid lines. Once the polygon drawn, clicking "OK" returns the array of point IDs to the calling routine.
A right-click pop-up menu toggles the selection mode (point - polygon), centers the map at the current cursor, does an undo of the last point, and undo of the entire list.
A pan and zoom icon should float over the map (upper right). Place markers and polygon lines should not zoom but must pan with the map.
## Deliverables
