If you are looking to have just a one on one conversation with someone in Canada the there are simple free solution that would not cost anything but require an internet connection. If you are looking for a larger volume of calls between the two countries the solution may vary. If you and your destination are always the same you can use many online services to call them for free. If your destination is many different Canadians then you would need to use a provider which may increase cost but still remain under .1 per min. If you have a pre existing contact center you will need a solution that integrates with that technology. Hi, There are many ways to deploy VoIP service to make an outbound International calls from any specific destination. In your case, we can buy a Vonage service which can be used from anywhere across globe. We can use this service by placing an order to Vonage and select the preferred VoIP device which needs only an internet connectivity and it will be registered. Now, once the device gets registered to the Vonage server, you will get the dial tone to make an international call. Whether if that device is located in India then a person can call to Canada or any other desired destination and you can check the account status on their website once you create the account. i suggest you to make a small asterisk based server at your office. server's ip should be static/public, otherwise should be registered to some dynamic dns service (i prefer no-ip). on each side, local or elsewhere, ip phones or softphones or android softphones can be connected to server. furthermore you can add fxo/fxs adapters for landlines and/or simple gsm gateway for mobile phone use. i am available to work with you giving you suggestions via skype and/or via teamviewer or other remote desktop utility and/or via ssh/telnet for fine tuning i think that two working days is more than enough if equipment is prepared regards, zoran
