Automatic Operator We want a automatic operator system. System will run like this: - Customer calls the PBX: And a operator replies: “Welcome to our Company. Please say the name and surname that you want to talk.” - Customer says the name and surname. - System says name and surname and says “I recognized, if wrong pres 0” and direct him to the that person. (İf customer press 0, PBX direct him to the human operator) - It must be meet the incoming calls according to the time. For example from 8 to 11 says good mornind then says “have a good day” etc.)
