Data from LinkedIn - Skills and position titles - open to bidding

I need a database with the skills people can add to their profiles in LinkedIn. From LinkedID members worldwide (with country) or from US and German members. As the DB is probably large and maybe not fully accessible I would also take only the ‘most important’ skills. Not sure how this can be measured - probably best with both the total number (percentage) of users using a skill and the number of endorsements. So the very minimum requirement is a simple list of skills with all / selected skills. Better would be a database with additional values for the skills (e.g. number of total usage/endorsements) Perfect solution would be a full database of LinlkIn users (no personal data required!) and their skills. With this skill list I can create a custom total list of skills based on my needs. E.g. an ID of the skill (To explain the background: I want the users in my platform to enter skills in their profile. Plain text would be a bad approach here because this would lead to a messed up database and matching same skills would not work. Therefore and to be able to enter it with auto completion I would need the list of skills from LinkedIn. Plus possibly I sync data with LinkedIn later (e.g. import the skill profile from there). Additionally I would like to have a list with (current/all) job titles. Here same thing: a simple list with all / the most common titles would be minimum requirements but single profiles would probably best. Same scenario: I want users to be able to enter a job title with auto completion. While Skills are probably only English (?) only the entered job titles are probably in various languages. This is why the language/country would be important here. Could you let me know what you can organize for me? The job titles is a bonus, the skills are the important thing. So I would be even happy with 100% the same job as you did already before. Could you just sell this to me? But if you can gather more data, please let me know what and what it would cost me. I would adjust the budget according to what data I can get and what effort you would need.
