Create 8 CSS Web Pages from png files

I need a css developer who can convert 8 png images to working web pages. I also need to make the FAQ page to use the accordion style javascript which i already have. (I can explain better in msn) A previous developer has started this project so if you can fix their errors it will be great or if you think you can do it quicker your own way, even better. This is an small project but an urgent one and i can guarantee more work for the successful bidder. I am a web developer with a lot of outsource work and am looking for a good css person to work with that i can rely on for future projects. To be considered, you MUST provide examples of previous work in converting to css.
