CMS Website Development with GIS Capability

Looking for complete site design (we can provide some of the design assets and all copy) that will have a external-facing informative and explanatory look and feel for a risk management and mitigation website. Once a client logs in, they will have access, based on level of account, to risk information based on query. We would like the queries to be based on type of risk (i.e. terrorism, criminal, natural, etc), country risk (which provides and overall, pre-populated group of data fed into a clean interface for viewing), or risks in a particular area. The queries should be accessible from a series of drop down menus in a search, or initiated by a map version where the user can click on a country and that would bring up information from databases (which will be provided) and viewed on screen. Some of this information will need to be reflected on a map format (google earth level of detail is fine) in the form of points, heat maps, etc). All of this data return should also have the option to be exported in a report PDF format (the format shell for mapping would be provided by us). The information for all the big data would be provided, but we need the ability to update/add to it as events affecting a region change. This will be key. Our clients have specific interests. One is interested in maritime and priacy issues, while another might be critical infrastructure. We need to be able to 1) push them specific types of reports based on their level of interest and 2) when they log in, have information ready for them to view (maybe in a side bar column or something along those lines) in an RSS type feed) and 3) be able to push out intelligence blurbs automatically based on their areas of interest. ----- Looking to get this moving as soon as the right team is identified. ------- Payment terms are negotiable for the right team; likely phased based on benchmarks. -------- Looking forward to your questions, thoughts and thank you for your interest!
