Currently using [login to view URL] to create a website for political campaign. I need to customize the standard template, colors, font, background, footer, header, images, etc. Need someone who is familiar with CSS3 and specifically SASS since that is what nationbuilder uses. HTML liquid code is another aspect of nation builder. Total changes to the template may be around 10, mostly minor changes in layout, color, background, etc

I really doubt any of these other guys even know what SASS is. I am a Rails developer that uses HAML and SASS all the time, so this shouldn't be a problem for me. Dynamic styles sheets really are much easier to maintain, so don't feel bad that you have to use them since it will end up saving you time and money in the future...
