I am looking for a CSS3 and HTML5 coding ninja who can code a few psd files for me. The site is fully designed in Photoshop, and I am looking for someone who really knows CSS3 and HTML5 for the site. I am looking for someone who can code the site and add Jquery to some of the sites elements including a tooltip, rollovers, and contact form. Lastly, the site must be coded in HTML5 and CSS3. I will not pay if done in any other way, or if the CSS3 and HTML5 is written poorly. I have uploaded a single file for reference, but I have a total of 10 pages with three styles between them.
