Convert Site Mock Ups into Website Design in format ready for coding (Front end and CMS)

Currently, we have many mock ups which are done insimple graphic programs. These mock ups are in PNG image file and should be recreated in photoshop in a way such that it is ready for programmers to code functionality of the design. The design must be constructed using Amazium grid system. Designer must fully incorporate the .NET portion of the design implementation, in whic case designer would need to know how to work with Master Pages in .NET. That is putting the common elements of different pages into a ASP .NET Master Page. If you do not know how to work with Master Pages. OR designer can at least break-out the common features of the design (usually the header, footer, and center style) into server- side include files, so that we may take those include files and place them in the Master Pages ourselves. Of course, all of it would need to be done within a grid system called Amazium as mentioned above. Total we have made about 200 mock ups so far. and will be creating another 200 or so. This will done piece by piece such that we give few mock ups then those are completed and sent to us, then we given next set of mock ups. It is very important to note that many of these mock up are redundant, many of them are similar style pages and can be done very quickly. So lot of redundancy as well as very simple design will ensure that all of these can be easily completed within few weeks. To each page, we'd like to add texture, and depth. This will include texturing some backgrounds, etc. and also raising and embedding text and certain modules. I will discuss these on a ongoing basis and we will do little bit of trial and error with this. A webfont must be implemented in all designs, and font name will be given. Creation of some icons and buttons will be needed for some pages. I will be available for all questions during design throughout the design/ NOTE: ALL DESIGN MOCK UPS ARE READY, SO DESIGNER JUST HAS TO RECREATE IT IN PHOTOSHOP, HTML, AND MAKE READY FOR PROGRAMMERS TO CODE FUNCTIONALITY FOR THE SITE DESIGN.
