Assistant/Developer/Designer Needed

I need a web assistant/developer/designer who had the following requirement: Requirement * Expertise in web development, editing, design, content management system like wordpress, CSS, XHTML,and photoshop is a must * Experience in article writing, web development and design, cpanel hosting and other webmaster job * Must be available part time, 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. * Able to communicate through msn and skype and fluent in English * Self dicipline, self starter and willing to install an activity monitoring software for work monitored during working hour. I am paying $60-$80 per month for this, please bid the salary you wanted within the budget ONLY. I need you for long term, only those who available part time are encourage to apply.
