CMS Website Design and Development on OUR server

I require a website designed very similar in design to the following site but for an imports business: [login to view URL] Please carefully read the attached document and ensure that you can meet our full requirements before posting a response or bidding for this project. We do not require content developed within each of the pages. We are happy to do that once shown how to do this. This is an urgent project and we are looking for the following areas within your response: a) Timeframe for delivery b) Price c) Similar project you've completed (live reference sites MUST be provided for viewing previous jobs) d) A demo / mock of your work showing the home page we wish developed and at least one internal page with a link (this must be a working site, not a graphic image of the site. This is merely to provide us with the confidence that you can build the required soluiton before awarding the project. e) Confirmation that you can DEVELOP THIS ON OUR SERVER. We DO NOT want the end solution hosted on any other servers. f) Response MUST indicate which CMS platform you propose to build the website on (i.e. Wordpress, Joomla, etc). Good luck ALL.
