It is very important that whoever accepts/bids for this project can create highly functional, simple and modern web design. 1. Convert low quality JPG1 to HTML page-1 & CSS & Images 2. Convert low quality JPG2 to HTML page-2 & CSS & Images You will be paid $250. Web design must be absolutely stunning. With your bid, include the links to the 3 best designs you have created in the past. Do NOT send more than 3 and make sure that it is links and not images of pages you have created. Project must be delivered within 24 hours.
