Create a corporate image and create a web site

I am looking for someone to create a corporate image and a web site for my new company. I have a logo (I would consider changing it if a better one was designed). I would like someone to create a web site that would present my company is a professional services company that they would do business with. In designing the "theme" and "color scheme", the designer would would need to ensure that the design could be easily used in other corporate material such as brochures, leaflets, and letter heads. Deliverables: Stage 1: - 10 different company themes and color scheme that can be used for web site, and other corporate material such as brochures, leaflets, and letter heads. Stage 2: I will choose which theme to use - A professional looking website in HTML - Web site content - Artwork, images, photos used to create the web site - Copyright must be assigned to my company Constraints: - No content management systems or use of server side scripting - Must be web standards compliant - Must be compatible with Firefox 3, IE6+, Safari - Must have optimisation to display on mobile devices ie. iPhone and iPad - Must have SEO Payment terms: - I will pay 10% at the completion of stage 1, if I am happy with a design, I will pay a 10% to commence stage 2. If a suitable design is not selected at the completion of stage 1, I reserve the right to cancel the project. I will pay 10% when a first draft of the web site has been is complete. 20% will be paid on completion to my satisfaction. The final 50% will be paid on delivery of the source code. I will pay a 5% bonus if a new company logo is created and I like it.
