Create a custom Design for a Church's site PSD Design ONLY

I need a VERY GOOD DESIGNER--not a coder. I need a new design that I'll use to create a wordpress theme. I want to receive a LAYERED PSD so that my coders can skin it. Example of workflow: I will send you: 1) I will send you content related to the site design. Client pictures, information on colors, etc. 2) I will send example designs the client likes.. Please PM me with examples of mock-ups and psd design.
