Creating a html site with a busines look

I am looking for a russian developer( So if you are not russian, dont bid!!!!) You should be able to work with Html, design and usability I only need a 3-5 page site. The site is a presentation site of a russian/danish inviromental project. I have logo and alot of the design already, but you should be able to put it together in a very proffesional good looking way. The target group of the site, is The danish and the russian ministries, so I dont want any hankypanky flowerpower design...strictly business look. The demands for the site are: Give the user possibility to view or download a video Give the user possibility to view or download 5 pdf files. Show a little bit of text, that explains what the project is about And that is it. Looking forward to hear from you
