Design and code nicer table on our front page

We have a simple table on our index page that shows a list of courses. It does not look good. We would like you to design a new, more professional looking one for us. Part of that could be moving the area to the left to the bottom instead if you feel the table needs more space... First submit your graphic design proposal with your bid. Delivery is as coded CSS, HTML, merged into the current site files that are attached below. We also have other design/web design work to be done.
