Design layout of a fitness site / user profile

I need someone to design a web page for me. I need you to do the layout of the site, no programming is involved. It is a user profile on a fitness website, it includes information about the user, graphs, a diet plan/diary, place for ads and banners, search window or box, calendar, tabs to navigate through site and other similar things. I will provide a really rough copy/paste image and a list of what features I want and it is your job to create all graphics and design everything on the page to the finest detail. Good communication skills are necessary, since we will be in regular contact during the project period. If you purchase graphics/icons from other sites, include that price in your bid, I will not pay extra, but the website should not infringe any copyright. I will provide a finished logo for the website. It should be done in Photoshop and in layers so it is easy for the programmers to create a template from it. I am looking for professional work. If you do a great job at a reasonable price, I will consider using your service for other parts of the page that I need designed. Send me a portfolio of what you have done.
