We need a designer to work on an auction website utilising the Smarty/template lite template design tools. This site has 37 different template pages to be designed. We already have a logo designed and the design done has to match the logo we [login to view URL] will only be given access to the .tpl files and you will have to work directly from our server. All other files will be off-limits to the designer. You need to be able to design/produce; 1)A website that can be easily navigated by the end-user 2)A clean and polished design and layout that is compatible with all modern browsers To be awarded this project, you must be able to provide a mock-up
