Change a template to fit our needs

First an important note: We want only bids from somebody that has actually read the project description. To avoid the "auto-bids", we will just delete any bids that are made before 13:00 GMT (1 PM), since that means you have not even read these first two lines. To see what time is in GMT, use for example Google: [login to view URL] We will also just delete bids that in the bid does not include a message that makes sense for our project (like none or just a general one). We have this single-page template: [login to view URL] We need some changes on that to fit our needs. We are on a very, very strict budget, so we need to keep the changes to a minimum. If I have included too many changes, or there are single changes that are especially expensive, you may make an offer with a note on what to cut out (or better: change the specification to something similar but not so expensive). In this case you could in addition, or alternatively, in a message specify a price that out of the price-range set for the project, a price that includes everything (without cutting/changing anything). Before I describe the changes, please have a look at [login to view URL], as we want to borrow some ideas from them. Here is a list om changes wanted: 1) As on MediaFire, we want our design to have a "page" to fill the entire window (so it will adapt to window size). 2) As on MediaFire, scrolling, clicking or pushing the down-key to get the next page scrolls all the way to the next page (so that page fits the entire window), in one big scroll. 3) As on MediaFire, we will have the background of the "next page" showing on the very bottom, with an arrow similar to MediaFire (we may want the height to be a little less, but let us see how this will look in real life with out content). 4) As on MediaFire, we will have login/signup in the menu on the right hand side. 5) We will have alternate background-picture and color-only-background. And we have our own background-pictures (that need to be blurred). 6) Change template color from yellowish to another one that we will provide. 7) We will have a wide bottom-banner ad or several smaller ads on the bottom and/or smaller ads on the right hans side (or all three variants, as not yet been decided). The actual ads are ours but will be delivered via Google AdSense. Not all pages will have ads, first page will not for sure, maybe a couple of others. 8) Regarding the "pricing-table"-page in the template: We will have these 3 blocks, but with different kind of content (text with link) and the size will be different. 9) For now, we will have have 8 pages in total. We will have the bottom page as is, it will be a contact-page. But after the bottom page we will have the log-in-page (so this will actually be the page on the very bottom). 10) We will not need some of the templates special elements, like on the "Our work"- and "Service"-pages. We may (or may not) want to include a few of those elements, but that has not been decided yet (but we will have the page as simple as possible). 11) You will include the text that we have and make sure it looks good :) Maybe we need to cut text or do some rearrangement for you to make it look good, but you will let us know your thoughts and we will try to follow your advice.
